XLX type tripper

XLX tripper is mainly applied in the coal conveying system of power station, where this tripper discharge coal into coal bin while moving on the conveyor belt. This job was prveiously done by the plow-type of unloading machine. The plow-type unloading machine is simple in construction yet must be placed at every coal-adding places. If there is more coal bin, there should be more plow-type unloading machines. Thus they take over a lot of transit station's space. Moreover, the unloading of the plow-type unloading machine is open and creates a lot of dust. As our society develops further and national government establishes higher standard for environment protection, the plow-type unloading machine is becoming increasingly unsuitable for meeting the environment protection. In order to keep the power station meeting this standard, more and more new power stations start using the tripper to discharge coal to the bins. Since the exepense of an imported tripper is too much, we had been developed an economic tripper according to the actual o0peration requirements of the power stations. It has been proved to be stable in actual operations and easy in maintenance and can also meet the national standards for environment protection.    In order to meet the bolier's coal consmption need, the rripper is to discharge the coal from Route A and B of the coal conveying system to the assigned bin through bin-loading belt conveyor. In order to achieve that one tripper discharge coal to different bin, the tripper can move forward and backward on the track along with conveyor and can be locked to the assigned bin location so the tripper might not devate from the discharge-opening. There is anti-dust cover tape over the bin discharge-opening. Every opening are kept being good seal when no coal through it. When the tripper is moving towards another bin, by the divide-flap get closing. The coal flow will fall onto the bin-loading belt conveyor and ito the last bin. As the tripper position the loading-opening of another bin the divide-flap get is opened, the coal will be discharged into the bin through the discharge-ipening of it to establish the tripper to load coal into the bin.     XLX tripper conststs of framework, mobing mechanism, tail belt conveyor, electric divide flap-get, teil-clamping device,rubber cover tape, cable dragger(or cable reel), dedust device, platform and handrail etc.     We will provider the design of non-standard tripper according to customer's requirement.
